We designed our ad-hoc, affordable public relations model around the idea that startups need PR just as much as anyone. We keep our costs to a minimum, which means that we do a very high volume of work. Occasionally, this will require our clients to have a little bit of patience. We are praised for our turnaround time, but we cannot be expected to be at a single client’s constant disposal without taking away from other clients.
